Dr. Nev Jones
University of Pittsburgh Project Lead
Dr. Nev Jones is an assistant professor in the School of Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh. Diagnosed with schizophrenia while a student, her early experiences of campus threat response mechanisms, involuntary leave of absence decisions, academic program termination, denial of academic accommodations and broader discrimination motivated her commitment to research and policy change in the areas of this project. She was the lead developer of the SAMHSA-funded Toolkits to Support Students with Psychosis in Higher Education.
